1. Scope
A Focused Email Review examines one agreed area: delivery/authentication, security, platform configuration or application sending. A Complete Email Review examines the agreed estate across those areas. The order lists tenants, domains, users, sending services, security and archive platforms. Base allowances and any extra components are itemised in the estimate and confirmed in the order.
2. Deliverables
We provide an agreed-scope inventory, findings supported by available evidence, prioritisation by business consequence, recommended actions and a findings meeting. A Complete Review also includes the agreed environment/mail-flow map and ownership records. We identify unavailable evidence and limits to the assessment.
3. Access and delivery
We agree review dates, read-only access where feasible, evidence samples and secure transfer. You authorise any tests and coordinate relevant owners. Reviews are point-in-time assessments; they are not a penetration test, legal compliance certification or promise that every weakness will be discovered.
4. Production work
Production remediation, migrations and ongoing monitoring are excluded unless expressly added to the order. We can prepare a separate implementation scope. Any approved test or change follows your documented change process.
5. Acceptance and end of service
The order records the questions and deliverables to be accepted. You can raise omissions against that scope during its agreed review period; we correct attributable omissions without an additional review fee. The service ends after the deliverables and findings meeting are completed, subject to agreed corrections.
6. Fees and cancellation
The order fixes the review price and payment milestones. Additional estate components or new review questions require approval. If cancelled before completion, only services already supplied at the agreed basis and approved unavoidable commitments is payable, capped at the agreed service fee unless a change was approved. Common business terms and the completed processing terms also apply.
