An independent assessment of the systems that send, receive and protect your email. Clear findings, supporting evidence and a plan your team can act on.
Perhaps the platform has changed hands, documentation has fallen behind or the business is about to grow. You may simply want to know whether the protection you pay for is configured as intended.
We begin with the questions you need answered and the systems they involve. Choose a focused review for one concern, or a complete review to see the connections across the estate.
A report you can make decisions from.
Each finding records the affected system, the evidence, the likely business consequence and the recommended action. We identify dependencies and suggest an owner, so your team can turn the report into a plan.
The findings meeting gives technical and business stakeholders time to question the recommendations and agree priorities.

Delivery and authentication
We examine the sending domains, authentication results and available delivery records. For recurring complaints, we compare affected message streams and destinations.
We assess gateway and mailbox policies, impersonation controls, quarantine handling and the route from a reported message to investigation. Licensed capabilities are checked against the configuration. If a new product is needed, we can plan the gateway installation.
We review tenant relationships, connectors, routing, administrative access and the operating records. Archive and continuity dependencies are included where selected in your scope.
We identify the applications sending as your organisation, how they authenticate and where their messages are routed. The inventory records a business and technical owner for each service.
We define the scope, access and questions the review needs to answer.
Follow the evidence
We examine configuration, mail flow and available records, and discuss gaps with the people responsible.
Leave with a plan
You receive the findings and recommendations. Use your own team for the changes or ask us to deliver them.
Before we start
Does the review include changes?
Production changes are quoted separately. The review gives you the evidence and priorities to decide what happens next.
What if the environment is undocumented?
We establish it from available configuration and records. We identify any gaps that prevent a firm conclusion.
Can you work with our existing provider?
Yes. We coordinate access and discuss the findings with your team or provider.
A scope that reflects your estate.
Base pricing covers up to 250 users, one tenant, three domains, three sending applications, one security platform and one archive / continuity platform. A focused review examines one agreed area; a complete review considers the agreed estate across those areas.
Additional users and systems are priced in the builder, with the same evidence, prioritisation and handover approach. Production changes are quoted separately.
We look at DMARC, SPF and DKIM alongside the real sending estate. A security review examines how the selected controls address phishing and BEC, including the actions needed after a message is reported.
Your owners review the evidence with us. Recommendations include the dependencies and approvals needed to act.
