Get the foundations in place.
We establish access, system records and support arrangements during onboarding. Your order confirms when cover begins.
Access and environment records
Agreed monitoring and escalation routes
Clear responsibilities with your IT provider
Existing faults and substantial remediation scoped separately
Estimated prices. Excludes licences, third-party usage and VAT where applicable.
Keep the knowledge close to the service.
When something changes, the person investigating should know what was there before. We maintain that context with your team.
During onboarding
We record the platforms, routes, authorised senders and supplier contacts. We agree access, alert sources, incident priorities and who can approve a production change.
Known faults go into a separate action list, with any remediation priced before it begins.
Through the month
We review the agreed platform alerts and reports, investigate covered incidents and maintain configuration records. Routine administration and approved changes use your engineering allowance.
Monitoring follows the systems and signals listed in your service scope.
At service review
The monthly report brings together incidents, actions, engineering usage and outstanding decisions. Quarterly, we review recurring issues and priorities with your service owner.
Recommendations include the reason for the change and any additional cost.
Support the people who already support you.
With co-managed support, employees continue to contact your IT team. We provide the email expertise behind that service, including supplier escalation and configuration changes.
If you want employees to contact us directly about email, select that option in the builder. Direct support uses the same monthly engineering allowance.
Choose the systems we look after.
Start with the mailbox tenant, domains and existing security platform. Add sending applications, further tenants or archive and continuity services as needed.
Your environment record brings together the systems, approved senders, owners and escalation routes. The investigation starts with that knowledge.
Supplier follow-up
We open and follow up the relevant provider escalations, bring the evidence together and keep responsibilities visible.
Incident updates
Your incident owner reports progress at the intervals set during onboarding, including when a supplier is still investigating.
Prevention
Written incident outcomes, prevention recommendations and an agreed follow-up check feed into your service record and quarterly improvement review.
Your response commitment.
Managed Email includes an engineer response within four coverage hours, 08:00–20:00 every day, Monday–Sunday, including bank holidays, in Europe/London time. Cover starts once the terms are agreed and we have received the deposit specified in your order, or on a later service start date recorded in that order. For an incident already reported through the agreed support route, the clock starts when cover begins. Subsequent incidents start their own clock when reported; no new deposit is required for each incident. The clock pauses outside coverage. With cover active, an incident reported at 18:00 is due a response by 10:00 the next day; one reported after 20:00 is due by 12:00 the next day. Response means an engineer contacts you with an initial assessment or a request for further information. Automated acknowledgements do not count. Resolution depends on the incident and external dependencies.
This commitment applies to incidents in your managed service scope. Planned changes are scheduled separately. Incident ownership, provider coordination and progress updates are included; hands-on engineering uses the agreed monthly allowance, with additional hours approved in advance.
Choose the support you need
Co-managed
Your IT team handles routine employee support. We handle the agreed specialist monitoring, maintenance and escalation.
Managed with employee support
Add direct employee email support: the greater of £250 or £5 per user each month.
Extend the coverage
Add application-email management, archive or continuity management, tenants and sending domains in the builder.
Before we start
When is support available?
Incident coverage runs 08:00–20:00 UK time every day, Monday–Sunday, including bank holidays. We respond within four coverage hours. Maintenance and projects are scheduled with you.
What happens if we use the engineering allowance?
We notify you as the allowance runs low and seek approval for additional hours.
What is the minimum term?
Three months initially, then monthly renewal. Licences and consumption are itemised separately.
Will we need to change platforms?
We assess what you have and confirm what we can support. Any recommended replacement comes with its reason, cost and implications.
Coverage that grows with the estate.
The builder prices additional users, tenants, domains, sending applications, security platforms and archive services. Onboarding grows with those components too, so access, configuration records and responsibilities are established for the full agreed scope.
Four engineering hours are included each month. Direct employee support uses that shared allowance; you can add monthly hours in the builder. Additional engineering requires approval.
Incident response is included in your monthly service, with no one-off urgent booking required for covered incidents. The separately bookable Email Resolution service retains its own urgent response terms.
We agree incident routing into your service desk, escalation to your security team and approval for production changes. We keep sender reputation, authentication and security findings connected to the relevant business owners.
A reported BEC attempt or phishing message needs a clear route to investigation and action. We agree that route during onboarding.
