The base covers up to 250 users, one tenant, three domains, three sending applications, one security platform and one archive or continuity platform. The builder adds larger estates. Implementation is priced separately.
Mailbox migration
£1,250 + £75 per mailbox
A move to another platform touches more than the messages already in a mailbox. New mail must follow the right route, people need access on the day, and applications must still be able to send.
We establish the source and destination, confirm the supported data and plan the cutover with your team. The acceptance checks are agreed before migration begins.
Standard pricing covers supported Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace routes, one source tenant, one destination tenant, one wave and up to three domains. The mailbox rate covers up to 50GB per mailbox.

At cutover, we verify the agreed routing and mailbox checks, record exceptions and prepare the handover. Any post-cutover support period is recorded in your order.

What qualifies for standard migration pricing?
The base covers one source tenant, one destination tenant, one wave and up to three domains, plus a per-mailbox rate up to 50GB. The builder adds extra sources, destinations, waves, domains, larger mailboxes and selected support. Hybrid identity, coexistence and legal-hold mapping have priced initial engineering allowances requiring design confirmation. Tool and version compatibility must be confirmed.
Is discovery automatically added to a migration?
No. The calculator keeps discovery and standard migration separate. Additional discovery is agreed separately.
What about out-of-hours changes?
Change windows, including any out-of-hours engineering, are priced into the project. Licences and third-party usage are separate.
